Important note: Client Intake members get a ‘Dialpad Sell’ license; anyone else gets a ‘Dialpad Connect’ license. If we are out of the licenses at any given time, it will prompt you to purchase the correct type when setting up. If the software has changed, you can also go into the ‘Licenses’ section of the admin area and purchase additional licenses.
