Once the Outlook calendar share is setup and ready, email the Client Intake team to notify them they should now add the new legal team member to their calendars. Additionally, the hire date, primary work location, state of licensure, and role level, which can all be obtained from the New Hire Form, should all be included. You can use the below language as a template. All inserts will be from the respective field in the New Hire Form.

Need to go into Clio Manage>Settings>Manage Users and set billing rate.

Login to Clio Grow. Go to settings>personal>notification settings and uncheck the boxes. This will ensure we're not cluttering up the office inbox.
Clio Academy – This is a separate account from Clio Manage and Clio Grow. You will need to create their Clio Academy to access Clio’s basic training modules.
