Trainer – Switch to Correct manager Before Go Live

There is not a due date on this, as it will vary by department. As of 6.23.25, for example, this would happen on about day 4 for Client Intake, but may be Day 2 or 14 for Ops/Legal. Once they are done with initial training (however that is defined by the role) and before they start working on their own, the manager needs to be switched to who their supervisor will be. This should not be done until all onboarding tasks are completed. It is one of the primary duties of the trainer to ensure that all onboarding tasks are completed by the respective individuals before switching the manager.
